These were 48-hour residential, full board & lodge. Inquire about precise cost (usually about 145 UK pounds per person). Led by Geoff Hunt. There are meditation sessions (the longest being 60 minutes), walking and standing meditation, 'metta bhavana' practice, free time for contemplation in the gardens, a Dharma talk and discussion, and peaceful surroundings.
At these residential retreats there are 24 single and 2 double-rooms, allowing for a maximum of 28 participants. Usually the retreat gets fully booked quite quickly. Meals are vegetarian. For these retreats Ladywell does not accept bookings for a part of a retreat.
Retreats are non-profit. The fee to the retreat centre (e.g. in Godalming or Woking) covers the cost of full board and lodge. NBW is prepared to subsidize some places, for those who cannot afford it. You can inquire about availability and/or book now by contacting Cathryn at email@example.com

Please note: to attend a NBW retreat you are required to have taken our Newcomers' & Beginners' Classand at least one of the regular meditation sessions.These retreats are popular, so reserve early.
