These free sessions are available to those who have already taken the Newcomers' & Beginners' Class. Once you have taken that Class you are most welcome to start establishing your practice by attending regularly or 'dropping in' at the weekly Community Sessions and enrolling in our free Daily Exercise programme.
The Community Sessions are is the weekly backbone of NBW's meditational practice, in Guildford on Sunday mornings, Woking on Wednesday evenings, and Walton-on-Thames fortnightly on Tuesday evenings. It consists of guided meditation in sitting and walking mindfulness, followed by participation in our Daly Exercise Programme as well as occasional Dharma talks. There are three venues:
GUILDFORD: Every Sunday morning at The Spike community centre, Guildford, Surrey, UK, 10.00-12.00 hrs. Free. Please arrive early so as not to disturb meditators. For location/directions go to Guildford.
WOKING: Every Wednesday evening at The Maybury Centre, Woking, Surrey, UK, 19.30-21.30 hrs in the Joan Robinson Room. Free. Please arrive early so as not to disturb meditators. For location/directions go to Woking.
