These free sessions are available to those who have already taken the Newcomers' & Beginners' Class. Once you have taken that Class you are most welcome to start establishing your practice by attending regularly or 'dropping in' at the weekly Community Session.
This Session is the weekly backbone of NBW's meditational practice, in Guildford on Sunday mornings and Woking on Wednesday evenings, and consists of guided meditation in sitting and walking mindfulness, followed by teaching and discussion. A new venue is opening in Walton-on-Thames in the Spring 2017.
